There's a few stellar spots in that lineup but a pretty week undercard if you ask me. Very spread out and varied though.

If you do go, try and catch the Benevento-Russo Duo.

Acid doesn't give you truths; it builds machines that push the envelope of perception. Whatever revelations came to me then have dissolved like skywriting. All I really know is that those few years saddled me with a faith in the redemptive potential of the imagination which, however flat, stale and unprofitable the world seems to me now, I cannot for the life of me shake.

Yeah, some of the bands are lame (see: Coheed and Cambria), but it'll give me something to do this summer, plus some of those bands I've wanted to see for a really long time (Iron and Wine & The New Pornographers).

I just wonder about the crowd. There's enough jam acts on their to bring all sorts of suburban fratboy pseudo-hippies into the mix.

You would like Sound Team too - they're a lot like Spoon meets the Walkmen.

I'll have to give a listen to a lot of those bands before I go. I haven't even heard of many of them.

if tickets arent too outrageously priced,....it would be worth going for the following bands:

Red Hot Chili Peppers
Matisyahu
Sonic Youth
The Disco Biscuits
The Dresden Dolls
Deadboy & the Elephantmen

couple other groups listed would be ok to see live i would think.....

hope tickets arent like $200 or something stupid
