i just got an old school pressure cooker, and it aint working. does anyone know where i can get a new pressure guage? or any thing i can do to trouble shoot this thing so i can get started? your help will be GREATLY appreciated. grow on
In what way aint it working? You can prolly get a new gauge at a welding/compressed gas place. If it won't seal and has a rubber gasket (and you can't find a replacement),it helps to lightly lube it.I have this rubber-safe stuff from a homebrew supply place for use with keg fittings that I apply occaisionally.Don't use vaseline.KY jelly or astroglide might work tho'.
