Aluminum it is! No food will be cooked in this bad boy, its purely for sterilization of substrates. And I would never drop a pressure cooker, they make me paranoid as is. Thanks for the insight! Now I can afford to run 4 cookers at a time, eventually. Man, if only I had two stoves
