Well there arre several different species of Copelandia in Mexico including Copelandia mexicana, C. Cyanescens and C. cambodgeniensis.

I suggest you make some spore prints and send me one and I will have it identified for you.

A picture wouold have helped but if they are staining blue then I suppopose they are psiulocybian.
