Proposed incubator and fruiting chamber

Has anyone tried to build a stackable incubator. Like say take a 40 gallon trashcan and build removable shelves in it. I am new at this and still am trying to grasp the conditions needed in each stage of growth..

1. After innoculating the jars it is best to have the them in an enviroment around 80% but also with a humidity around 75%-80 assuming that there was sufficent water added in the prep of the jars..

2. When one wishes to initiate fruiting after casing The temp must drop a few degrees and humidity needs to be between 85-100 correct.

1. The jars are enough humidity in themselves. You might run into drying out if you use filter disks. You want to incubate at 86degrees...I set my incubator to 84!

2. Pin at 74-78F and 92% rh (high!). When pins appear drop rh to 85-88%.

Better 95-100%rh .

Well, I secretly ment 92% - high (usually 99%).
