something deep fried. like a deep fried candy bar, or oreo sandwich, or twinkie or some other disgusting nonsense like that.

or wait.. i saw an episode of one of bourdain's shows where he toured france eating the most rich food he could possibly find. i think some fatty goose stuff was too rich for even him to finish. i don't think it was fois gras, but i can't remember what exactly it was.

i suppose i'm not being much help here.

I once randomly looked at the nutrition menu for baja fresh and was startled to see how unhealthy their food is. Their charbroiled steak nachos have 2120 calories and 118 grams of fat plus 4.5 grams of trans fat.

A Mexican food chain like rubio's or chipotle... might be a California only thing. A step above taco bell but not authentic mexican by any means.

chipotle is delicious

it's not just here in the CA though
i've seen it in other states

Depends what kind of fat.. saturated.. trans.. polyunsaturated.. what

Remebert not all fats are created equal. Some fats are good for you that your body needs (monounsaturated, polyunsaturated..) some fats are bad (trans, saturated)
