Fetus. It's tasty and cheap, if you have a local abortion clinic you can visit.

One of the most important things you can do is cut all bread products out of your diet. Bread is a bastardized vegetable. Another important thing you can do is cut all juices/smoothies and milk out of your diet — unless they're homemade (for milk, read: raw). The reason for the latter is because of the evil process of pasteurization, which is when the liquid is boiled to get rid of bacteria. The problem with it is that it kills so many nutrients and leave snothing but the sugar — and heat, as we know, mutates things; it mutates some stuff, turning it into harmful substances.

Eat large volumes of greens at dinner. They'll fill you up but don't contain a lot of calories.
Baby spinach is awesome for that purpose.
Scale down the rest of your meal and drink tons of water with it.

Laura's Lean Roast Beef Pot Roast = $4.00 1 can Progresso Garden Vegetable Soup = $1.69
Throw them in a covered saucepan over medium heat for 10 minutes. Makes 2 servings. A good meal for about $3.00, with leftovers for tomorrow.
