Red Tint in jars a few days after inocculation?

My friend has a set of jars he innoculated with PF Stropharia from PF. He also has a set of jars innoculated with regular PF. Its been 4 days, and when he looked at the jars, the PF has slight white growth around the places that it was innculated at, but the Stropharia has a pinkish/reddish tint in the areas around the innocuation, but no growth whatsoever. Is there a problem with the jars?

Maybe it's a trick of the light or some shit. It may be too early to tell anything, wait a few more days... Isolate the jar that has the pinkish tint.

Im with Mycelium. Though Im not expert, waiting a few days WOULD be best. Did he flame the needle in between innoculating each jar? If so I doubt all the jars would be contaminated.
Just give it a few days, and hopefully, as the mycelium starts to connect it will start to disipate. Honestly, theres nothing else you can do! But just make sure he doesnt toss them or something in fear of them all being contaminated, as it could [hopefully] be nothing!

This same exact thing happened to me with stropharia and PF classic and I was sooo bummed cos I thought it was a contam, however it eventually went away as the mycelium started to colonize. If it was a contam, the mycelium won
