My roommates just left to go on tour in England

And I got the place allllllll to my sweet self for a whole week. If the motherfucking landlord would just turn the heat on, I could walk around blissfully naked!

Duuude, just waking up in the morning, taking a piss and looking around while making breakfast just saying, "yaayyy."

I'm kicking things off just right...bonghits, a pork and roasted corn burrito, and some Hoptical Illusion:

IPA goodness

Whoa. I've never seen that before. Is it just beer? I know, you probably don't think it's just beer. But is that Blue Point as in Blue Point, LI?
Anyway, have fun having the place to yourself.

Yep, Blue Point LI has a microbrewery that is AWESOME called Blue Point Brewery. They make three brews I'm particularly fond of - a Blueberry Ale, a Toasted Lager, and this stuff, Hoptical Illusion. It's just a really tasty IPA with 6.2 % alcohol content.

Don't IPA's generally have alcohol contents from about 10-13%?

This isn't as strong as they come - this beer's way more about flavor than it is about alcohol content...Dogfish Head's 60 Minute IPA is 6 or so percent as well that's another of my favorites as far as IPA's go...the 90 minute one goes straight to my head, that one's about 10 percent I think.

Do they only sell it in the city and on the island or something?
Haven't seen it anywhere upstate. It looks good tho.

I'd assume you could find it upstate...you know most microbreweries are totally receptive to e-mails and really helpful, I've had situations before where I drank a microbrew in another state and then contacted the brewery to see if there's a distributor somewhere near me.

I've had the Dogfish Head Aprihop, which is 7% alcohol according to the website, but I didn't like it very much. I've seen some beers up to 20%.

I quite enjoy walking around my house naked sometimes. It's nice to be able to get out of the shower and just strut around lol

I tried a 17 percent IPA once, at this local beer-only bar where you can get taster shots of any of the beers....lemme tell you, a shot of that shit was enough!

I love having the house to myself...if I was a guy I would probably jerk off in the living room.

The 20% one I tried wasn't palatable at all. I guess I don't drink enough.

Sucks when I have these IPA's in the fridge and my roomies come home drunk hoping to find Budweiser or some shit in the fridge...they crack open some heavy, thick beer of mine and don't even finish it cause it's not what they want.
But I don't have to worry about that this week! Hence, IPA goodness!
