Can't choose just one but I've been really getting into barrel aged beers lately so i've been drinking a lot of Russian River, Firestone Walker and Deschutes (got a case of Abyss.)

how much was the case of Abyss?

is it worth aging?

just got a bottle yesterday and can't decide, i've never had it

It was $150 for the case of 12.

Yeah it's definitely worth aging! I did a vertical tasting with '08, '10 and '11 bottles and they were all phenomenal. It's great fresh as well so I recommend getting multiple bottles so you can taste it fresh and aged which is how the brewery recommends you drink it.

Dogfish Head is also a good brewing company in the northeast part of the country.  The owner is a nice guy and quite often will personally write back if you send them an email.  They make some really off-the-wall stuff, like an 18% alcohol brew, and a microbrew 40 called Liquor de Malt.

The former head brewer from Dogfish Head is now the head brewer at the Gamble Mill which I mentioned in the first post.  He grew up in Central, PA, and when he heard of the Gable Mill beginning a brewery in addition to their restaurant, it was time to come home.

I absolutely love Bell's Hopslam. It's not distributed here so I have to trade for it. People love sending me Hopslam for Pliny the Elder. :awesomenod:
