Best Microbrewery

I love beer, especially micros, so I figured I'd toss up this question...

What is your favorite microbrewery?  There are way to many in the country to try and taste them all, so I figured I'd ask to see what I should try next! :cool:

Personally, I am an advocate for buying local.  So living in Central, PA, my microbrewery of choice would either be Elk Creek Cafe or the Brewery at the Gamble Mill

Whoever brews UFO White, if they count as a microbrewery, I vote them.

Edit:  Found it, it's Harpoon Brewery.

Two Brothers, Three Floyds, and Bell's. 
All make a collection of deliciousness.

Stone Brewery.

They make really intense, often very hoppy, strong brews.  Ruination Ale is one of my favorites.

Russian River Brewing Co. has 6 on Beer Advocate's top 100, and 2 of those are in the top 5.  I'd say they probably have a strong case as the best microbrewery!

Victory Brewing Company is probably my favorite PA brewery.  Golden Monkey and Storm King are especially good.

Dogfish Head is also a good brewing company in the northeast part of the country.  The owner is a nice guy and quite often will personally write back if you send them an email.  They make some really off-the-wall stuff, like an 18% alcohol brew, and a microbrew 40 called Liquor de Malt.

Can't choose just one but I've been really getting into barrel aged beers lately so i've been drinking a lot of Russian River, Firestone Walker and Deschutes (got a case of Abyss.)

I have an job interview at Victory on Tuesday, but I have to say I could never get into the Golden Monkey. It tastes like walking into a Yankee Candle store.

Victory brews some good beer man.  What kind of position are you interviewing for?

I am not a fan of Golden Monkey either.  Not only do I not like the taste, but I have a hard time drinking anything with "monkey" in the name.

It is an intern position in there QC lab. I am really hoping tasting is part of it, but it'll just be a job I enjoy for once. Originally, they tried to schedule the interview, but I told them I'd be by there table at a beerfest they were at so I got in good with a lot of them. They also host the lingerie football league tryouts (it's the little things that count).

That sounds awesome man, the quality control department must be a blast. I would love to work in a brewery someday. I'm in pretty good with a lot of breweries around here, they love trading me growlers for weed.
