Paypal ?...real quick...

If I buy something on Ebay with Paypal, can I send it to a friend's house? I've tried to buy stuff online with my credit card and wasn't allowed to ship it to an address other than the billing address on the card so I thought I'd check really quick to see if anybody knows if a similar restriction applies. I haven't used Paypal in a loooong time.

i don't believe you will be able to do it, i think you are only allowed to ship to your confirmed address. fraud prevention.

You can add that address to your paypal as a alt i think. Most sellers will ship to any address just tell them its a gift

You can change your ebay address, but not your paypal address. Just let them know where you want it sent.

You can setup gift addresses in paypal and send it to them.

you can add a new address. It will not be confirmed unless you call your credit card company to add that address as an alternate or permanant address. Then have paypall verify that address, and you'll have a confirmed address.

There is no paypal requirment regarding address, theproblem is as a seller paypall fucks you if you don't ship to confirmed addresses and someone disputes the charge. Paypall really sucks for sellers in this way, so just find someone who doesn't restrict to confirmed addresses, or just change your credit card address, or purchase a prepaid card you can register online w/ whatever address you want
