The man is the father; the child says "Father"
The cameraman (father) is saying "What are you doing?" "Tell me what you are doing." The father then says "Enjoyed it," referring to the smoking.

I don't understand what the boy's saying — too difficult to understand — he's too young.

I've always been familiar with the effects of booze, and never needed to binge when I turned 18. My parents are fuckups in many ways, but that's not one of them.

I'd much rather smoke a joint with them, but they don't like that sort of thing.
