All of your questions don't apply if you hunt at night. You can go during the week or the weekend, whenever you think their(cubies)out there. And as long as when cars pass by on the road, the headlights don't shine you down, your fine. I would still stay away from the farmers house though. But thats just my opinion. I've been with people who pick 30 feet from the farmers tralier and never get spotted. If the lights are on in the house/trailer, and its dark outside, they won't be able to see you very easily. I would still avoid any house near the field though. Common sense IMO. If you were by some chance spotted by the owner, you risk the chance of being shot at, and possibly severely injured or even killed. Not worth it to me.

Or you know, you could just ask before you tresspass. Make tresspassing plan B :wink:

Well, going out at night may be a future option(after I get some experience), but next time It rains I'll probably head out and try my luck. I'll look for some out of the way place on a country road. Thank's for the advice! I'll also probably bringing along a couple friends.
