I've heard that if you gnaw on an iron fence post, especially when its wet outside because of a storm, it's a real rush!I can't imagine chewing on an old cake of digested rice and flecks of metal. To be interpreted humourously.

If the mycellium is still good (nice tight cake, not loose- I find that after a few flushes, my mycellium has pretty much died, and eating that would pretty much invite a nice night of puking)you could blend it up w/ some cranberry juice, blending/soaking for about an hour to extract all the psylocin/bin and strain that liquid, I've tried that w/ some success. and you'll get the most out of the cake w/o eating enough fiber for life (and probably puking)

Vermiculite contains Aluminum... We don't make bowls for our bongs out of Aluminum because it fucks up your body. (I don't remember the correct illness it causes... Maybe Parkinsons? I don't remember...)No eating of the Verm... For your own good...
