If you eat vermiculite, you're going to shit it out as is...

If only human feces were as good as horse manure for cultivating; you could just eat a bunch of vermiculite and shit out cakes! :rofl:

If you do a grain jar, and let it get mature enough to bruise. You could pour water in like the Grain LC tek. Shake it around and pour the water+myc into a cup and drink. But thats kinda yucky
