We had to smoke weed illegally because theres no med laws here(before we quit because its illegal). If I could get a medical license I  wouldnt scam one, if it was recreational use. Since I know how much pain alot of people would have to endure if the medical licenses where taken away because of too many fraud cases of stoners seeking unprosecutable recreational jazz cigs. Although I agree with full decriminalization, Its selfish to scam. I think alot of opposition to medical marihuana acts , is fear that it will give an outlet to casual users. A hand full of scammers is all it takes for the conservatives to fuck it up for the truly needy.

That's not going to happen in California. There are over 300,000 medical marijuana patients registered with the state. I would say that  90% don't register with the state. Recreational use isn't going to ruin it for people with real diseases. I would say most people people are relatively responsible, and most cops don't try to even take a medical patient to court anymore after numerous similar cases. You can't give AIDS, Cancer, and other deathly ill people a great medication and take it away. It would never happen in California in my opinion. If Bill 420 was passed, I can't see it ever turning around. People are starting to realize its our right and that its a good medicine as well as, a great alternative to alcohol and calms people down from fast moving society. At least thats what my doc says.
