Lol, Federal law did not change! State law makes it a "lowest priority" law. Hell its not really even law, the people voted to make canabis enforcement "lowest priority". Meaning that if you are in possesion of 24 ounces or less or in possession of 24 plants or less, they are not going to drop there dougnuts and coffee to go make a "pot bust". Now on the other hand, the feds could enforce all the federal laws governing possession and sales, but the state is more interested in stopping harder drugs like ICE, HEROIN, and COKE. Which is the way it should be!

No, the CIA wouldn't officially do any of this, its all off paper anyway. What would happen is that the CIA would let it happen, use the all cash money to fund operations that were also off budget. Anything else would be too obvious and confrontational.
Why would the government sell drugs when they can just print money instead?
I am sure a lot of people who work for the government sell drugs, but the profits aren't going to their employer.

Because drug money is 'off the books' and can be used to fund 'off the books projects' that the people watching the books wouldn't approve of were they to know.

Just curious, Do you live out here on the islands? I do, and even went out to vote and help pass the bill to make cannabis the lowest priority on police agenda's. I am not to sure if that bill has went into effect, but i do know that it was on the ballet and it passed with flying colors.

Lowest priority has NOTHING to do with if they actually do decide to enforce a penalty, it's not the cops the decision what happens to you it's the judge's and it's just their decision to arrest you. After that that's when those laws I posted will matter I'm not saying your wrong when it is lowest priority, you have provided no reliable links. I would trust NORML over you. Again lowest priority has nothing to do with penalty's that's just means exactly that nothing to do with punishment if charged. They may take the 24 ounces and throw it in the ocean or they may arrest you.
