Do I need to refrigerate shrooms after drying?

Hey guys--just finished drying out my first batch from a cake...Do I need to store them in the refrigerator, or now that they're dry, is it okay to just put them in a paper (plastic?) bag and tuck them away somewhere else???

Supposedly they last longer dry in the fridge, but I didn?t notice any considerabble degradation after I kept mine for 1 year outside.
