bloody stool means blood in your stomach/guts - punch could have ruptured your stomach - or an ulcer. usually bloody stool is black, so blood in your toilet is an open wound bleeding. whihc would be REALLY bad. the fact you are posting is a good sign.

also - did you eat anything red? like alot of red skinned fruits.
i suggest you go to DR or ER if there is no doctor if you feel pian or lowered tempature/pulse.

Since your post is deleted, I can't be sure exactly what your inquiry was...but if it is just bloody stool, this could be a hemorrhoid or dry, cracked skin.

It could also be colitis or crohn's disease. Not something to wait around on. Get it checked out!

If it's severe it could be ischemic colitis, or an intestinal parasite or inflammatory bowel disease.
