They generally want to know in detail how their money will be spent when you apply for a loan. If it's for a car, they want the VIN, etc. It wouldn't be impossible to lie your way through this, but it might not be easy. You'd at least need a good story and some collateral prepared.

Well, actually taking out a loan for starter funds so you can sell drugs would be a good idea. And it's probably a safe bet if you have definate money coming soon, but if you have no means to pay back the loan your credit might be fucked

Odds are if you need a loan to buy drugs, you're not going to pay that loan off and then you will be screwed financially.
