i need help fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(pics)

i have alot of jars that look like this. there is white every where and i innoculated on one side only, i used the honey tek. now the jar doesnt smell to good. it smells nothing like mushies the white growth all around doesnt look lik mycilium it kinda damp at the bottom of the jar but not to overdamp. im going on vaction tomarrow should i start over???????

That is bacteria. Throw those jars out and start over. Be careful in disposing of that too cause a lot of that shit is hazzardous to your health. You should not even smell it really.

I second that. Looks like you got Bacillus. (Wet spot) Toss the troublemaker and start over when you get back from vacation. Don't let it ruin your vacation though!. Have a good time,

It appears to be bacillus to me. If thats true then it's from under sterilization. Try using filter discs and uping cooktime to 1 1/2 hours at 15 psi. Bacillus is carried on grain not really introduced.
