paper or plastic?

yo people,
i have two 4oz. substrate jars flushing right now, but i have three almost fully grown now and five just starting. what can i do to store the three existing shrooms for about three days until the other five are ready? can i just put therm on a plastic/paper bag and put them in the fridge/freezer? are there any other methods i could try? id appreciate any answers you have to offer. thanks.

I would go with the refrigerator in a paper bag. That ought to slow myclial growth down enough to let your other jars catch up.

Either dry them....or put them in a paper bag in the fridge.
