if you've ingested a poison, use syrup of ipecac to detox your GI tract.

Otherwise use the bloody forum search.

Actually already searched it, didn't find any satisfying results thats why I posted the topic. Thanks for the replies, I only asked about a homemade just because I don't always trust the manufactured ones.
While I am in no danger of any testing in the near future I just wanted to know if there were any homemade detox recipes that I could cook up in-case of an emergency. Thanks again

The only at-home item that I know you can reliably use to detox would be a niacin supplement, and you should take a reasonable dose of it. Some supplements contain so much of it that it's actually unhealthy.

Even then, the detox is only marginally accelerated. Basically you either have to wait for yourself to detox, or you need to take measures to falsify the results of a test. The former is a much better idea than the latter.
