Is this contamination? (pf jar)

A few of my 95-100% colonized PF jars have these brown spots on them. Is this contamination or something else? Also, is that spiderweb contamination at the top of the jar (in the verm layer) or just weird mycelial growth?

Bacterial contamination, man. Ditch it.

I can't really tell whether that's cobweb or not. You can ascertain for yourself - if it's a greyer colour from the mycelium next to it, it's cobweb.

It's absolutely not cobweb. Odds are good it's bacterial contamination, but that picture could also simply be a huge bead of myc piss.

Mycelium doesn't urinate.

It looks like metabolites, but for that much to form, it appears that your mycelium is trying to fight off infection. Another cause of excess metabolites is colonizing jars above normal room temperature.

Lets learn something about the fact that the well learned RR despises the term "myc piss", and why. I read a post where he explains this and what the metabolites are - often a sign of the myc fighting adverse conditions of some type, be it mold, high temps, etc... Also interesting was by introducing a certain type of myc metabolite, trich could be stopped in it's tracks. By avoiding this term one can help spread the education and the love.

I don't think the term "metabolites" is particularly instructive, either. They're metabolic byproducts of mycelium, something "mycelial piss" covers just fine. I understand the process reasonably well.
