If you damn druggies weren't so lazy, you could all go to Illinois and start the most massive protest ever. that might actually reverse the ruling.

If it were a schedule 1 ban on Vitamin water, you'd have all the health nuts and gym freaks going berserk and starting big protests, now theres some people with energy!!

I better get some while I still can. I'm just wondering, if you get it while it's legal can you get in trouble with you if you use it after it beomes illegal? I mean, you got it legally, and the law came into being later.

Illegal is illegal. In other words, no, "i got it before the law went into effect" is not a valid defense.
