bulk neglect w/o wheatstraw?

okay so im going on vacation and my last myco bag just colonized full im leavin and i want to case it before i leave. my question is would the bulk neglect work without wheat straw????????? if not would hay work.

basically all i have is horse dung so is it possible to spawn the mycobag into the horse dung let it colonize then case it and get the simular results as myco file did on bulk neglect if of corse i follow it to a tee....(besides the ingredients of the substrate

Hay doesn't work well at all. A few people have had success, and they may pop up here, but the vast majority of people have never had consistent success with hay. Bacteria usually sets in.
On the other hand, you don't need straw. You can grow off of straight horse poo. Horse poo can varry a good bit in texture, so you may need to mix in some verm or coir or something to lighten it up if it's really dense. Do some searches for how other people prepare their horse poo, there's a log or two active in the grow log forum right now as a matter of fact. Aside from that, bulk neglect will work.
