From what you posted she really seemed to get pissy/push you away when you tried to draw her in closer to your life (going to see your friends, etc..). This is classic immature girl behavior. When you are all about them they view you as clingy and they push you away. But, when you ignore them they want you. I think it all comes down to this primitive sexual hierarchy thing; if you are all about them that means that you have limited sexual options which means that you aren't very high on the "sexual ladder". But, if you ignore them and have better stuff to do then that means that you have more options which means that you are higher on the "sexual ladder". And these immature girls want alpha-male types who are high on the "sexual ladder".

It can be rough to break up. It is jarring and difficult. But, a lot of times it is for the best. From everything you have posted about this girl it seems that she likes to play games, she has mood swings, and you two were constantly at each other's throats.

Me personally....I'd be happy that she was gone. The best relationships are the ones where there are no games and no bullshit. Huffy soap-opera like displays may get some people off but they are utterly annoying to me. But, that's just me.

Time honey....give it time.

Breaking up isn't easy. I had some similar feelings upon waking up in the morning too. First I'd realize I was awake and how miserable reality was, then I'd realize I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor in a giant empty apartment, so I'd hop in the shower and cry, cry, cry, cry.

Waking up sucks because your subconcious is trying to sheild you from your own pain. Reality is miserable. Be miserable, be sad, cry a little bit.... let your feelings out. Write in a journal, write in a blog, talk to a friend, cry some more.... and one day you are going to stop what you are doing and realize..."damn, I haven't even thought about her all day long" And that is the beginning.

There is no miracle cure. Only time. And let me tell you this: Time does not heal, don't kid yourself. It only goes numb. But you will welcome the numbness.

Try and get angry. Think of all the things that she did to you. Don't make excuses for her. Think of all the things that she said in anger, think of all the times she hurt you....GET ANGRY. It will help you heal when you can get mad.

How the hell did we wind up like this
Why weren't we able
To see the signs that we missed
And try to turn the tables

I wish you'd unclench your fists
And unpack your suitcase
Lately there's been too much of this
Dont think its too late

Nothin's wrong
just as long as
you know that someday I will

Someday, somehow
gonna make it allright but not right now
I know you're wondering when
(You're the only one who knows that)
Someday, somehow
gonna make it allright but not right now
I know you're wondering when

Well i hoped that since we're here anyway
We could end up saying
Things we've always needed to say
So we could end up stringing
Now the story's played out like this
Just like a paperback novel
Lets rewrite an ending that fits
Instead of a hollywood horror

Nothin's wrong
just as long as
you know that someday I will

Someday, somehow
gonna make it allright but not right now
I know you're wondering when
(You're the only one who knows that)

Look this relationship in my opinion isn't healthy at all.
You either talk to her and become totally honest about everything and try to resolve all your problems, or you forget about her.
What do you keep fighting about?
Something must be totally wrong if you end up like that all the time.

Yes but why?
What's the reason you keep fighting about?
What started all that?

Dammit Zippoz.

You need to stop listening to that gay song on repeat, don't deny it.  Just stop it.  Get your ass showered and dressed and call your friends and go see a concert, go out for some pints.  Get some new chicks phone number and tell her she's hot.  Don't fall in love with her...just make out with her once or twice.

Try something new.  Get a haircut or a tattoo.  Get a kitten or a puppy.  DELETE HER NUMBER OFF YOUR PHONE. Or you can just change her name from 'girls name' to 'BitchNuts'.  Go on a date with someone new.

This is NOT healthy.  I'm worried about your mental state.  :frown:

You've obviously never been head over heals for a girl

Good advice though.  I find that getting a haircut and some new clothes seem to be a pretty refreshing post-breakup activity.

Wow dude after reading she sounds alot like my ex. I was head over heals for my ex, I loved her and still do. She was a complete bitch to me all the time. she ALWAYS was playing games and had to be the winner of every argument. She never spent any time with me but got pissed if I didnt bend over backwards and talk to her on the phone everyday. We dated for 2 years almost and looking back... yeah I miss the good times but I am much better off without her.

Go out and hang with your best pals as much as you can. Go get some new cloths and a haircut like somone else said. Trust me you'll get better maybe not completely over her but you wont care after awile. I cried for weeks and months after losing my ex I loved her that much but Im very happy with my life and having a blast with my friends.

Stay strong friend and keep your chin up.
