Having 'problem' recalling your dreams?
    #3958875 - 03/23/05 01:06 PM (11 years, 9 months ago)

recalling a dream, could be seen different than remembering a dream.

when you wake up in the morning, not remembering a dream, you state that the dream, no longer is a member of thy self.

when you wake up in the morning, not recalling your dream, you mind is on something else, yet the dream, is still held as member of thy self.

when you wake up, to recall your dream, do not to remember the dream (as it is all ready a member of...), remember thy self, and before you  go to sleep and dream, keep in mind, that if you have to recall your dream in the morning, it is not forgotten..

and so to the possible solution, i wanted to present.

Are you having problem remembering your dreams, stop it, and remember not forgetting your dreams, in the first place..

(not sure if i managed to write what i intended, but digg a hole..) :sun:

Maybe you just want to forget, or perhaps your still to burned out from the night before.

If you want to have kick ass dreams, just go to sleep again about 2-3 hours after you wake up.... If this doesn't work for you, check the manual!

I only remember my dreams when I wake up while I'm still dreaming.

Watch the movie "waking life" great movie on dreams, life, thought, existance, and consciousness. Gave me a nice new perspective on the issue.

when you wake up in the morning, dont move your body. it helps to remember if you stay motionless and concentrate

I usually don't have any recollection of whatever I was dreaming about I just sleep and wakeup like I just laid down(perspective wise).Though very rarely I dream very intensely and can't shake the images.I don't think its wierd but some of my friends do.Just thought I'd chip in.

Ginko Biloba is said to help you remember your dreams and have more creative dreams.

Best site I know of for recording dreams is DreamJournal. Its online so others can read and post comments or analyze your dreams. I always write down a quick summary of it and hit the computer to record it.
