Moe's got it!!!!

Tupperware is nice becuase it's durable and cheap. I still like glass fish aquariums, but I do have a few tupperware contaings. Their easier to clean out, and did I mention they were cheap!

perlite, H2o2, a hydrometer a.k.a humidity guage, and if you're really feeling crazy splurge on a fish tank pump and run a bubbler in your setup for gas exchange.

Moe has got it on this one for the most part, the only thing that I recommend doing is NOT spreading a layer of perlite out, it just makes for messy cleanup. Instead do something similiar to a tek I posted in Advanced Cultivation. Get a pitcher used for making koolaid or something, fill this 1/2 full of perlite, then add water until there's about 3" of water under the perlite, then take a fish pump and run an airline down into the water. This not only solves the problems of air exchanges, but also makes cleaning up and disposing of old perlite a snap. A TIP: Add about 50 mL of H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide) to the top of the perlite to help prevent contamination!
