forum errors and stuff like that

I keep getting a Access Forbidden message every so often and other quirks, such as:

I thought maybe I was IP banned but it went back to normal 10 minutes later. If you want any more info I'm happy to provide it.

I'm using Firefox 1.5.0.11 that i compiled from source code

network.http.max-connections: 24
network.http.max-connections-per-server: 8
network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server: 2
network.http.pipelining.maxrequests: 4
