Albeit a good idea, the Shroomery would be
setting themselves up for a major lawsuit the
moment some irresponsible individual suffered a
health crisis directly related to info gleaned
from such a forum.

It is obvious people do not read the "Read before
posting" instructions in other forums. Despite a
mandatory disclaimer for such a forum, somebody
would not read it, follow advice given, and possibly
end up in the hospital or dead.

Regardless of a disclaimer, the Shroomery could be
sued and would have to prove no wrongdoing in such
a case. Remember, we live in a country where despite
innocence, guilt is presumed.
