not really, smells like soil mostly if your casing.

It will if you get contaiminants! it'l reek!! Otherwise it doesn't smell unles you put your nose in the terrerium.

Mycelium itself doesn't have much of a smell, maybe a little like a fresh mushroom. Throughout the other stages you should only smell soil and mushrooms. Any acidic or nasty smells are foreign contamination. I found that drying shrooms smells a little bit , not a bad smell but a little strange.

I have had lots of jars growing and lots of pans fruiting with hardly any if not any smell at all. Mushrooms have a very slight but fresh nature smell to them I think.
