Lifting Weights

Who here lifts weights? And how much can you do in the standard categories e.g. bicep curl, bench etc

i lift on and off... I'm not a muscle man or anything, but i try to go to the gym a couple times a week. with lifting, repetitions are much more important than the actual weight. personally i use 30 pound weights to do curls and such. i do 4 sets of 8. i can use 70 pound weights to curl, even more, but i wouldn't be able to do nearly as many reps

I usually do 3 sets of 10 reps with 35 kilos for my biceps and the rest I dont do cos they are the size I want them to be(I really neglected my biceps when I used to workout)

I want to work out. I am 6'4 right now but rather skinny. I just want to be able to defend myself and being 6'4 helps as it is but with some more muscle "nobody fucks wit da tangerines"

I'm pretty sure most of the people here have popeye forearms from the only work out which is masturbating.

if it's not that then the other are probably pushing weight but not the kind you find at a gym

I can't do any of those 3 man due to my shoulder's dislocating(it's happened under and opressive weight while pressing) plus i'm an epileptic and walk everywhere so i don't want to blow out a knee squatting. I guess most of my focus is on biceps triceps and chest.I'm not big by any stretch of the imagination, 6 feet 160 pounds but i'm fit and healthy
