It's really hard to say whether you'll be okay or not. Sometimes we do things that *should* result in contams and get away with it. Sometimes we try really hard and and get contams.

The important thing, however is that you're getting a grip on procedure. Things like swabbing with alcohol are good. And you're obviously paying attention to details.

As long as you did not sigificantly affect the dry verm layer, I dont think redoing the holes was a big problem. If your jars did not feel extremely hot then I don't think that is a big problem either. You will just have to wait and look for growth/ contam. But I would not be that paranoid since everyone makes mistakes their first time, and the ones you made could or could not have ruined your first growing experience. It's better not to worry much. Good luck and I hope everything turns out fine for you.

Unless your envornment is highly consentrated on contams or the neddle u use was dirty. then i don't think u should have much of a problem. just remember not to do the same mistakes again. Just to be safe it is always good to try and run things through your mind before doing anything. good luck and have fun
