Contam?(pics)

This is my first time growing. I began on 6/15 and the jars are not fully colonized and I'm probably just being over cautious but the mycelium isn't as white and bright as I read it would/should be. It could be that since it hasn't fully colonized, there's still traces of the brf/verm that haven't been colonized. I know the pictures aren't that clear, but I had to use the camera on my camcorder. I noticed there was a slight smell, however that could be due to the box the jars are in, the heating pad(which is sorta old), or dreaded contam. BTW, I went through the passed 15 pages on the contam forum but couldn't find anything similar to mine. As well, these pictures are a poor representation because the mycelium is brighter and not as brown as seen here. My areas of concern are in the middle of the top pic and the bottom middle of the 2nd pic. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The areas you mention seem ok to me, but it's kind of hard to see.
