Unknown Entheogens?

Hi All... I was hoping to hear your comments on a question that I've been thinking about recently. Is it possible that there are many more common plants and/or fungi out there that have entheogenic properties that have just not been discovered? For example: What if it's possible to make a resin out of oak tree leaves that gets you high when smoked? Or what if consuming the root of a sunflower will make you trip? I highly doubt either of these are possible, but you get the jist. Any comments or ideas?

I tried smoking dried eucalyptus leafs when i was a kid LOL. No realy, there could be hundreds of unidentified active plants or fungi, obviously they're not tested or even discovered and before testing them for psycoactvives i'm sure they will do it for medicinal porpuses.

Absolutley....in fact Dr. Alexander Shulgin is highly optimistic about this fact. Alot of his own creations were based on naturally occuring entheogens. There is a long bright future for psychoactives. Chemkid
