There is a Wholegrain white flour.Make bread youre salf, its not that hard and it's alot better for you.If you can grow mushrooms this sould be easy, it just takes time.

It's kept in the freezer at stores that carry "health foods".

It's kept in the freezer because it's more prone spoilage because it's fresher than other bread.

I had this attitude for a long time. It's only in the last couple years that I've come to appreciate just how great it feels to be healthy.

Because it's good for you. :crazy2: Do you have access to the internet? Have you heard of google? Wikipedia? They're your friends. Ask them questions first. Non-vegan v. vegan debates are boring as fuck and there's already been far too many around here.
