So im tired of buying small bags of brf so im just ganna go to walmart and get some regular flour that has something to do w/ brown rice...i am already using wbs but still do the occasional pf tek...how do i know if the flour has anti-fungal chemicals in it...are there organic wal-mart brands?

ive looked for brf (organic) in retail stores. your best bet is to look in the health food section. but im sure it will be more spendy than ordering it from a sponser. i wouldnt go with anything that isnt organic. and ive never heard of using anything other than brf. but who knows

Why not get whole brown rice and a coffee grinder(less then 10.00) and make it you're self ?

it wont ware-out that bad, Ive done it on countless occasions and i still use my grinder to grind up my Ganj ha ha.

O k just got back from walmart and guess what they had at least three or four organic types of flour i got the wheat flour organic and another diff. type they both said on the back they were naturally enriched with manure and crop rotation, pesticide free, and no chemicals or anything all natural...now tell me why wouldnt this work

Just wandering if i should use this or anyone has in the past the two brands i purchased were...
Gold MEdal organic all purpose and
Hodgson Mill whole wheat graham flour

ok well i have Hodgson Mill whole wheat graham flour and it says that it is all organic blah blah blah...and it is enriched with vitamins and minerals so it will work for proper nutrion but do any of these flours contain endospores?
