Hello I have 5 jars right now and one is about 6 days ahead of the other 4 and it is forming small mushrooms inside the jar. The other 4 jars appear to be fully colonized on the outside except for one which has a small dime size spot. I'm thinking go ahead and case, but will this be okay with the already fruiting cake? Thanks!!!
