New Site Name - Round 2 - Fight!

There were some good name suggestions in the recent Weedery vs. Growery thread, thank you everyone for your feedback! If you'd take just another moment to vote in this second round, hopefully we can pick a good final name which everyone likes (or at least can tolerate). For this poll I've left out domains which are unavailable, which unfortunately include some good ones like greenery.org. Them's the breaks I'm afraid. :shrug: There are still some great choices though! You have two votes for this poll, so you can vote for your top two favorites. If there's only one you really like though, just vote once!

My favorite of the choices is The Growery, though i think that The Shroomery is a very unique and good name for a site such as this.

Greenery.org would've sounded really nice..but as that's unavailable I vote for Growery.org :smirk:

Btw how long until the project takes off?

These are all nooby fucking names.. deviate from the 'ery' suffix..

Just throwing it out there but why not 'the plantation' or something similar.. it doesn't straight up insinuate drug use..

i like shroomery, but from the list i like growery. simply because this site grows many things, weed isnt even close to the majority.

If the new site is going to be specifically about marijuana, my vote's for weedery. Otherwise, if it's not specifically about marijuana, growery is best. We almost must acknowledge public relations. Imagine how the media would respond to a situation on the popular website "www.weedery.org" Can you say, demonization?

As I've been saying in the previous posts, the guy who owns it wanted a lot of money for it, something we couldn't afford.

Growery - Refers to growing, not even mariujana and certainly doesn't encompass a large marijuana website that does more than show people growing techs.

Weedery - Some say negetive connotation of the plant, but most people use this term in a loving way :wink: The name is easier to say that growery, its more specific, so I like it better.

Reefery - At first I didn't like it that much, but its grown on me. Always makes me think of reefer madness, and again its a term that will be obvious to anyone in the marijuana community, no doubt what this website name refers to.

Again we aren't done deciding, if anyone comes up with something that isn't 'ery' at the end that blows us away we will certainly consider it.

the 'ery' is a brand for us, and we are using it to keep the sites as a family. Who knows whats next, the Crackery.org is promising!

i think growery sounds better. it almost even sounds like a real word. i do agree though that the term is not specific enough to cannabis.

weedery just sounds retarded in my opinion. but then again it's the best choice if you wanna stick with -ery at the end. i think its the most common slang term for marijuana. at least in my part of the world, if anyone talks about it they say weed.

i like greenery. too bad it's taken. but pretty much all the good domain names are taken. if you guys make money off this site (i'm sure you do but probably not a lot), maybe it'd be wise to fork out the dough to get a good domain name. i'd be like an investment. you could sell it in later years.

out of those choices i want to change my vote to weedery.org though. i chose growery.org above.
