During incubation of grain jars, it is kind of optional I think. If you intend to case, during incubation of the casing, I would definitely raise the temperatures to the incubation range.

i would definately suggest you raising your temp. I raised mine from 75-78 to what its at now, 82-87 and its has done wonders. Growth really picked up.
