prolly yes, but : did the white puffed balls apear in the region of where you injected the spore water?
Most white puff inside the substrate is mycelium.

Im not sure where it started, i havent looked at since i put them away. What should it look like in a couple days, or how will i know if its a contam? thanks -fucya

Most likely it is mycelium. Although for such a short time frame it could be bread mold...it grows that fast. If in a few days black dots appear then it is bread mold. Keep your hopes up...it sounds good!

just be patient and wait. Most likely its mycelium, like Shroom mage said
