The cap isn't flat.

Damn, I may of picked too early as well? I left in the morning, came back in the evening, found that the mushie had broken it veil, so I picked it.

For Spore Printing you should let the cap flatten before picking it. When the veil breaks its just the begining of the spore production and droping stage, thus having very little spores to deposit. This is when you picked it. Next time give it some more time.

About the blackheads, probably just a few abhorts. Give them some more time to be sure their abhorts, and if so be sure to pick them before they rot (if they havent allready), so you coud still eat them. More shrooms will come out of your cake, dont worry.
