Dont eat mold, just don't. It could be anything. Food piosoning, E. Coli, or somehow something worse.

One of my fruiting cakes has some blue growth all of a sudden. Is this from spraying it with a bunch of H202? One of my shrooms that I just picked also had some on it. It appeared only one day before I picked it. Is the whole cake and fruits toast?

If you are sure it's mold, and not the blueing reaction of psilocybe mycelium, then I wouldn't chance eating it. While some blue molds aren't harmful (ex. blue cheese), others can be. Why take such a risk anyway? Magic mushrooms are too easy to grow to put your life at risk.

Are you sure it's mold and not bruised cake?

Blue mold as in blue cheese, probably strong tasting and possibly poisonous, well worth avoiding if in doubt, which as you are asking here is true? So hold out for the white fibrous goodness.
