blue mold in jars

I had some blue mold in 3/12 jars. I seperated these, but didn't throw them away. The mycellium in them still grew to about 60-80%, the mold eating the rest of the substrate. After a while, they fruited in the jars, and produced quite a few grams of mushrooms. I just picked them, and washed them, and they seem ok. They're squarshed and tight as they fruited in the jar.

I'm thinking of either: chucking them, or eating them. Not sure what to do.

This mold is 'probably' pennicillim (sp). It's the same kind of mold I get in casings after 3/4 flushes, when it's time to throw the tray out.

It is possible that you may have shook the jars and damaged the myc which caused the blueing effect. I wouldnt be too worried about it unless it looked green or hairy but then again I'm dont know alot about every mold that grows.
