magic bag quistion

I got a bag from bluethumbs and innoculated it. its been in my garage attic for 3 days or so and I see some kind of grow at the ends of the rye in the pocket but there also looks like some kind of dirty persperation inside the pocket, what is this sh**? and is this growth good or bad, its not really bright white but kinda the color of the rye

well that is good to know but now what puzzles me is what is causeing it? This has happened to 2 different bags. I innoculate under sterle conditions wipeing things down and working on an oven rack and what not and it sill seems to happen? how can I fix this or should I go about growing shrooms another way besides a magic bag??
