magic bag quistion

I got a bag from bluethumbs and innoculated it. its been in my garage attic for 3 days or so and I see some kind of grow at the ends of the rye in the pocket but there also looks like some kind of dirty persperation inside the pocket, what is this sh**? and is this grwth good or ba, its not really bright white but kinda the color of the rye
