Bluethumbs magic bags contam - what now?

I felt I had used pretty sterile techiques, but I recently lost four magic bags to a kind of wet brown contamination of some kind. I've tried to search and identify what happened, with no luck. I'm sure there are many more experienced cultivators that might know exactly what I'm talking about. All of this contamination took place inside the rye pouch, before much mycelial growth. Also, I want to save the soil for future use, what would be my best method of doing so? Should I just cut them all open and put them in a sterilized container? I don't want to expose them to more molds.

Yeah, I just found a picture that seems to depict this contamination. Anyone with any ideas on the best method of saving and using the soil? I know I should pastuerize it again.
