Ok.. I mixed my substrate and prepaired 3 more jars for inoculation, they have been sitting in my pressure cooker over night.. if some people could give me some tips on inoculation that would be great.. thanx

Use all the caution you know about!!! Clean everything you will be around or touching in the process, and have some lysol handy. I trust you already know about flaming the neddle and all that shit...you'll be fine. Just use your head and be cautious.
